By accessing or using Ojify ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, including the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) 2020.
Ojify is a multi-vendor e-commerce marketplace connecting local vendors with customers in Lagos, Nigeria. We facilitate transactions but individual vendors are responsible for the products they sell. Ojify operates as a registered business under CAMA 2020.
All payments are processed through Paystack, a CBN-licensed payment processor, via bank transfer or USSD. Ojify does not store your card or bank details. Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦). Delivery fees are calculated separately and shown at checkout.
In accordance with the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018, customers have the right to: accurate product information, fair pricing, refunds for defective products, and file complaints with the FCCPC if disputes are unresolved.
We comply with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA). See our Data Protection Policy and Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
Ojify acts as a marketplace facilitator. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the platform or vendor products. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific transaction in dispute.
Disputes shall first be resolved through our internal resolution process. If unresolved, parties may seek mediation or arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria. You also have recourse through the FCCPC.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Ojify after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
